Returns Policy

Keeping our customers happy is our number one priority!  We ask that you please read and understand our return policy. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns before purchasing.  

Online return policy:

If for any reason you don’t love your purchase, return your unworn, unaltered with tags attached item within 14 days for in store credit or exchange less shipping costs. J. Renee Salon, Spa, & Boutique is not responsible for return postage fees and original shipping charges are non refundable. Online purchases can be returned in store if receipt is present and item has original tags attached and is unworn.

Final Sale: Promotional, special order items and jewelry may not be returned.  

In store returns: All items with tags attached, unworn and unaltered may be returned for store credit or exchange within 10 days of purchase. Receipt must be present; no exceptions. In store credit will be applied to a J. Renee Salon, Spa & Boutique gift card that never expires! 

In store holiday returns: After November 1st, all items with tags attached may be returned until Jan 10th for In store credit or exchange. Receipt or gift receipt must be present.

Shipping within Continental United States: 

Orders over $100.00: Free (1-7 business days)

Orders under $100 Standard rate:  $7.95 (1-7 business days)

Please allow 1-2 business days for processing prior to shipping.
